“You never stop learning.” This sentence also applies to your own personality. We keep developing and the more consciously we do this, reflect and take responsibility for ourselves and our actions, the freer we can shape our own lives. For this it is important to recognize the HOW. HOW do I create my experience through unconscious and often no longer meaningful patterns? This perception happens in the here and now ... in the present ... and is closely related to the mindful perception of our body. Through this we can get access to our own inner intelligence. We learn to understand ourselves better and can then decide whether we want to break free from our entrenched emotional, thought and behavioral patterns ... or not. That too is up to our own decision. We are no longer directed from the outside, we decide for ourselves what we think and feel and get access to our potential - our self.
Horse Assisted Interventions
Longing for the "brother / sister animal", people have always not only kept animals as food and for use, but have also looked for partners and friends in them. People enjoy contact with living beings who love unconditionally and have a calming effect. Animals do not judge us, but rather relate to us in an unbiased manner. With the help of horses we can become aware of unconscious behavior and toxic beliefs and reflect on them in order to change them if we wish. It is not about whether we do an exercise right, wrong, good or bad, but how we feel ... what thoughts come up ... what we notice ... are there parallels to other situations in our life? The conscious experience with the horse enables us an experience that can lead to lasting change or improvement.
